Had linq monitor placed 1 wk ago Now coughing brwn phlegm chest pain fever Wound was draining clear liquid Can I treat at home or should I see a dr?

Unrelated: The link monitor has nothing to do with your other symptoms. Brown phlegm, chest pain and fever is very worrisome. Could be infectious (pneumonia) or potentially a blood clot in your lung. You should seek a healthcare evaluation and they can check out the wound healing from your Linq implant at the same time although that sounds more or less OK. Don't try to treat/diagnose this at home. ...Read more

After 3 days of no nicotine i get chest pain, especially on movement and also phlegm cough in the morning. Is it a normal reaction?

Probably: Soon after stopping smoking, some people have an increased cough related to the lungs starting to mobilize more tar and phlegm. Chest pain is likely musculoskeletal in origin, possibly from coughing so much. Not likely anything serious at your age, but you could also be coming down with a cold or bronchitis.
