Sick with severe congestion for three days. Had a temp up until tuesday but no longer have it. Still achy have a cough. Decongestants don't work?

Suggestions: Sudafed and afrin are safe decongestants, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and nasal steroids ok for allergy symptoms. Honey is a good cough suppressant.
