Could be your sinus: chronic sinuses infection can cause such, and few days of antibiotics won't clear it, please see your doctor again, might prescribe you more, a different antibiotic, or whatever deems necessary up to her/his judgement ...Read more

Should be better.: Hello! After 3 days of treatment, you should be getting a little better. It is possible that you have a resistant strain of strep and that you need a different antibiotic. It is also possible that you have something else going on as well - usually strep infections do not cause a cough. I would recommend that you get in to be seen for reevaluation.
