TMEP: It's time to see a dermatologist. Did the biopsy have mast cells as part of the infiltrate? Was a direct immunoflorescence done? Take oral benadryl (diphenhydramine): don't use the topical benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream. Take oral benadryl (diphenhydramine). 50mg is usually ok but it will make you sleepy. See your doctor tomorrow if you can if rash is still bothering you. Cool shower should help with the itch. It is obvious you have a bad allergic reaction. What did the dermato: What did the dermatologist say? None of the treatments you mention are likely to be of benefit for this. Your description is not enough for diagnosis. If your dermatologist is stumped he may ask another dermatologist for a consult. How much does it bother you? If not much distress you may wish to give it some timer.
