YES: Most of the time there is no problem once the kids reach a year of age. Occasionally, because they do have thinner and more sensitive skin, there can be some irritation. If that happens just dress them in old PJ's you don't care about and put the rub right on the clothing instead of the skin. ...Read more

It depends: If you just need a lipstick for your big night in paris, it probably won't harm you to buy a tube, but if you're planning to buy a gross to bring back to the states, you might want to reconsider. Even cosmetics bought in the usa may not be safe as not everything imported can be inspected and it's too easy to conceal the country of origin on some products.
