Works for me.: spices do not have a particular chemical effect to increase appetite BUT if you associate them with pleasant foods in the past they will be a trigger to eat. Certainly tasty food works better. Not at all: A hernia of the abdominal wall is an actual hole through which abdominal contents can protrude. The only way to fix it is with a surgical procedure.
