My new cardio wants to switch me from nadolol to metoprolol for my increase HR. Do other md prefer one over the other. He said it's the preferred drug?
If it works: Corgard (nadolol) and propranolol are both beta blockers. Corgard (nadolol) has a much longer duration than propranolol thus given once daily.Both are good for SVT if it is working for you.
