Core Muscle Exercise Workouts
Remember: There is no specific order. But in general, consider exercising larger muscle groups like shoulders, back, chest, and legs before smaller muscle groups like bi's, tri's and calves. Leg muscles jellified & gave up on me 5 mins into workout...also bad chest...is it because I'm very obese & not used to exercise?
It very well could: be related to significant physical deconditioning and exercise intolerance .... severe obesity wouldn't be helping either. I assume you mean chest "pain" or "discomfort" as that was cut off. It would be uncommon at 19 even with severe obesity to have obstructive heart disease that you most commonly worry about with those symptoms. Nonetheless, you should still review this with your doc. ...Read more

I : I permit my patients to walk as much as they wish beginning on the day of surgery. While this is not as time efficient as more strenuous exercise, it is sufficient enough that many people keep fit and lose weight with walking as their sole fitness modality. Depending upon the actual patient and procedure, i will usually decide at the one week post-op visit to begin back to the pre-operative exercise regimen, with the expectation that the patient will be able to do as much as he or she did before surgery by one month or sooner from the procedure date. ...Read moreSee 4 more doctor answers

Fat loss is key: This is a very worthwhile goal. All the crunches, sit-ups and ab cable pulls are useless in getting that six-pack if you do not also watch your diet, spend a fair amount of the day comfortably hungry, and do aerobic exercise as well. A "ripped" man looks much healthier and is more attractive to most women than a man who simply has very large muscles. Both mass ; definition are great goals. ...Read more

What happens if the will is exercised, will it grow stronger, like a muscle, to the point of developing psionic powers?
No: Anyone offering to teach you to develop psychic powers is either a fool themselves or playing on your gullibility. Further, these programs teach people vanity and waste their time. Even the mainstream religions do not urge the faithful to seek supernatural powers -- but advise that if they exist, they are graces granted for the service of others in a spirit of love. Be VERY careful. ...Read more
