Conzace Multivitamins Side Effects
Controversial: Many believe that multivitamins are an insurance policy. Recent studies suggest that they are not only unhelpful, but also potentially harmful. If you don't have a deficiency, there should be no expectation of benefit from taking them and they are always a second choice to a whole food source of the vitamin or mineral yo need. ...Read more
Some side effects: I have not heard of being ravenous as a side effect, but side effects may occur. The most common might be nausea, but this is more likely if taken on an empty stomach. It is also not unusual for people to be allergic to vitamins- many contain soy, corn, gluten or other allergenic substances and some also react to fillers and binders like magnesium stearate. Hypoallergenic vitamins are available. ...Read more
Yes: First, stick w/reputable brand (s) b/c there's no fda requirement to demonstrate safety or efficacy, much less avoid contamination. Second, be careful about fat soluble vitamins (ade&k) which can accumulate in the body as opposed to water soluble ones which we just pee out. I'm a female, my questions is Can I take a cenovis once daily multivitamins for men? What are the side effects
The Key: Eat Healthy: Well, obviously, your voice will deepen and you'll grow hair in your ears. Actually, this whole commercial mess of specialized multivitamins or vitamin concentrates grinds my gears. What a bunch of hooey. If you took that pill appropriately your body would take what it needs and dump the rest. Take too many and your body might store some and lead to a problem. 2 or 3 times a week is all you need ...Read more
Does multivitamins taken daily within Recommended Daily Allowance has any side effects? I want to start taking a to z multivitamins and within RDA.
If you follow the recommendations there rarely are side effects. The most common are stomach issues - burps, abd pain, sometimes diarrhea. If you have a sensitive stomach look for a vitamin that says enteric coated. Try to eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water as vitamins are best when from natural resources.

Could taking multivitamins cause side effects, like nausea, fever, drowsiness etc, ? Or is it just like a herxheimer reaction? Thanks.
Yes: Forgive my frankness. First, today's medical quacks use the term "herxheimer reaction" whenever one of their own products actually makes somebody sick. ("we destroyed the infection / poisons so quickly.") free speech laws protect them. Second, if you are reading books by crooks and buying their products, you never know what's really in those pills. It's your health and your money. ...Read more

Not at same time:
Solodyn (minocycline) has many interactions; taking with calcium (usually found in multivits) can reduce absorption- they should be taken at least 2 hours apart.
Solodyn (minocycline) kills our friendly intestinal flora which can lead to yeast overgrowth ; a wide range of side effects. It's wise to take probiotics ; not use it very long. Topical antibiotics ok. Regular Ibuprofen use can cause ulcers ; GI bleeds. See comment:. ...Read more

Male - drinking organic SuperVeg shake everyday, is it ok to take my multivitamin tablet? If I'm taking too many vits what side effects will I notice?
Yes, very unlikely: Vitamin toxicity is rather rare. The only vits that tend to be toxic are A, E, D & B6. None of those are present in significant amounts in your shake. Generally one must take over 300, 000 iu/day of A for 6 months or more to become toxic (though high doses are dangerous if pregnant), over 1600 iu of E, 40, 000 or more iu of D & 250 mg of B6 for months to become toxic.
