Depends: Not sure- typically if a stone is the issue you should have some sort of associated pain. However sometimes the stone can be so big and obstructing and in that case can cause your symptoms. Get treatment: U should not get dehydrated, this may require intravenous flui therapy in hospital. Pain severe enough to cause nausea suggests kidney blockage or/& possible infection.
