Interesting question: Nocturnal secretion of melatonin has been shown to affect secretion of prolactin. To my knowledge melatonin can exacerbate mild hyperprolactinemia. The relationship between Progesterone and prolactin i think is more unclear. We know thatprogesterone can affect prolactin in various ways.
