Excellent treatments: There are excellent treatments available depending on severit. Simple social phobia or stage fright or performance anxiety can be treated with cig tube behavior therapy (cbt) involving imagery and extinction or repeated practice. Low dose benzodiazepines or Propranolol is helpfull. Generalized social phobia is better treated with ssri medications with cbt.
