Not an STD: No STD causes symptoms like this. And oral sex is safe sex -- not totally risk free, but STD risk much lower than for vaginal or anal sex. And very rare after such a brief exposure. Possibly herpes...: ..although more typically it causes a small ulcer(s) or open sore(s) rather than a bump. Stinging is certainly often present along with itching. Discharge +/-. Yes: Spermacide, new dtergents, etc. Might try some Hydrocortisone cream and topical anesthetic if it's really bothering u and keel an eye out for ulcers or a yeast infection.
