I have 3 different types of rashes on my body. Diagnosed with contact dermatitis on hands but now patches on shins and little "bites" on elbows/arms?

Steroid creams: Check what you were using such as laundry detergent, soaps and moisturizers. Any of them may be the cause. Cheer free is a good detergent for many patients in a similar situation.
