Stop the multi and:: I don;t know if you are a man or woman or your age; if a man that's normal, if a woman a bit high. Don't take iron supplements unless a premenopausal woman. If a man or postmenopausal woman switch to a multi without iron. Grape seed extract won't reduce Hb level. Antioxidants may help as iron is a pro-oxidant.
