Absolutely.: Smoking is a major cause of peripheral arterial disease (pad). In fact while pad can occur in non-smokers, smokers are at 16x higher risk. Smoking is also a major cause of coronary artery disease, which is blockages in the arteries that supply the heart. I would certainly advise quitting smoking. Could be a migraine : I would definitely ask your eye doctor since they have already examined you but, given your age, it sounds like it may be an ocular migraine.
