Constant bloating, burping, gas, constipation, back pain. I've CT scan, x-ray, ultra sound, blood test and all normal. what else could it be. HELP?

Constipation: All of your symptoms could be attributable to constipation and the air problems may be related to how you eat and swallow air. I suspect your doc has come to the same conclusion. I would treat the constipation aggressively first and see how things improve after a month or so. ...Read more

Nausea, painful period, severe constipation, low back pain, headaches, heavy period, anxiety, strange smelling menstrual blood. What do I have?

I give up: What do you have? I'll defer to my internist or OB-GYN colleagues on this one, but I can't think of anything common that has that blooming bouquet of symptoms. You can't possibly expect to get a diagnosis sight unseen from a disembodied online doctor. There is no substitute for a hands-on examination by a live physician in a brick-and-mortar office. I guess I don't win the Toyota Corolla. ...Read more

I am experiencing abdominal pain (generalized) (severity: severe) (quality: sensation of tearing pain) , constipation and back pain (severity: severe) (side: upper) . The following also describe me: Abdominal discomfort and Appetite changes. What should

Get checked out: Severe abdominal pain with back pain can be very serious. Go to a doctor today. If you've been checked out by a GP or GI doc and they 'don't find anything', it could be more of a "functional GI syndrome". That can often be helped by a functional medicine approach and lifestyle changes, but it's a broader conversation. We could speak about it. Track me down. ...Read more
