Minor, not constant discomfort in chest and neck; yawning to catch breath/short of breath; tired; irregular pulse at times; anxiety. Angina?
First, an exam: Just to reassure yourself and anyone who cares about you, have a good physical exam w/ emphasis on the concerns you mention. It may even involve some lab work to get levels of thyroid, etc. With the results, you'll be able to address issues or consider psychotherapy to learn skills to deal w/ anxiety. I'd do that before medication. I hope it turns out well!

Neck lock: You may have some spine injury or lesion. Consult a spine surgeon.
No: Yawning is an exaggerated motion. Try yawnining less dramatically, but more often.
Evaluate Neck: If you are not improving have your doctor order a cervical spine mri. Many times a herniated disc in the neck can cause pain especially if you have not improved with the medications and physical therapy. If it is a herniated disc you may need evaluation from a spine specialist to determine what other options might be needed (injections, surgery, etc) to help reduce pain.
Any other symptoms?: Best to see your doctor for evaluation
Probable muscles: There are probably muscle spasms. The question is why do the muscles cramp? This can be related to your breathing, head posture, jaw joint or chewing efficiency, airway space, sleep disturbances, etc. I would check with you physician or dentist to see if the answer to why the muscles cramp is discovered. Then you will know what and how to treat.See 1 more doctor answer
