I have trouble catching my breath and when i exercise i constantly yawn. I feel fatigued, but i get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep everyday.
Have periods of constant yawning with mild SOB for 10yrs since I was a teen. O2 sat and PFT tests normal. Not stressed and don't take medicine that has it as side effect. Suggestions for relief?
Fatigue: There can be various different reasons for this, anxiety is a common cause, sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea & narcolepsy certain neuro & psych d/o are in the differential, sometimes being overweight & obese can be a cause.
