Nausea: Check HCG, or may be gastritis if not sexually acitve. May also consider gallbladder, hepatitis (check blood work liver pane/renal panel l) or food intolerances. Rarely could be increased pressure in head. Vit B6 25 mg 3 x a day x 3days may be helpful if pregnant. Make sure you can drink water/ juices (not just pure water) as you can dehydrate. Maybe not, however: Asthma does not always involved difficulty breathing. The constant stuffed up may be a sign of allergies which may be the to whole picture.. Best to have him checked by his pediatrician just to rule out asthma which may have coughing as the only symptom. ...Read more
