Constant nausea with gurgling, bloated stomach after eating; surging and somewhat dull pain in right side of chest. Lasting +5 days & counting?
Abdominal pain: Possibly gallbladder problems, peptic ulcers or acid reflux. Best to consult with your doctor asap
I have constant bloating and pain in upper abdominal are. I get fevers of up to 103, and I become nauseas occasionally. What condition may I have.
Long list: How long has this be going on? I think you need to go see your doctor and get a physical exam and neccesary studies if indicated. Cholecystitis is a possibility among other diagnosis.
Constant nausea for 11 years. Scoliosis diagnosed at the same time. Could the scoliosis (now corrected) have squashed my stomach causing the nausea?
No: No, the scoliosis and subsequent correction should not be directly related. I would not hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis and treaent options.
More info: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder but more info is needed. When do you get pain? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect the pain? Have you had any surgery? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Need a bit more.
Get it evaluated: Possible gall bladder disease. See a doctor and get it evaluated.
I had a cholecystectomy a few weeks ago. Was feeling better; now have sharp pain in my upper left abdomen and constant nausea. Is this normal?
No: But not necessarily something to worry about. It could just be some post op issue still resolving. Although less likely, it could be something getting worse (infection, bile duct stone, bile leak) best to see your surgeon and follow up. He/she should be able to rule this out with some questions, an exam and possibly some images. Post op visits are free!
I have been experiencing constant (unending) nausea and a sick feeling in my stomach for over a year. I have ruled out h. pylori. What could it be?
Pain in lower left side abdomen constant nausea, no appetite, diarea for several months but now feel like have to go all time no energy weight loss?
See a doctor - now: Your problem could be very serious, and there's no time to waste. Go now.
Anal Itching...: 47 y/o female Kept awake with stomach gurgling, nausea, anal itching? Most likely one ate or drank some thing that was disagreeable with the body earlier in the day to induce gurgling (gasiness) /nausea. Anal itching is somewhat unusual. Could be gas released by food poisoning trying to escape through the rectum/anus. If symptoms persist beyond 24hrs see Gastroenterologist
Get evaluated please: It's normal to be concerned about your health, and to worry why you feel bad. The possibilities are numerous--ranging from acid reflux (i.e., heartburn) or a peptic ulcer to pancreatic or biliary disease & even stress. Alarm signs include weight loss, bleeding, recurrent vomiting, significant tenderness. Whatever the cause, you're appropriately anxious about it and should seek help from a doctor.
I have a constant nausea and pressure in upper abdomen. It doesn't hurt. It's just very uncomfortable and it makes me feel weak and sickness.
Pain on my right side and lower abdomen. Nausea, chills, lost of appetite and dehydration. Help? Pain is constant, pressure makes it worse.
Appendix???: You need to get to a doctor, as soon as possible, to make sure it isn't something serious. It *could* be a gastrointestinal virus or food poisoning. Or, it could be appendicitis, which can be life threatening. You should go to your local ER for evaluation. (or urgent care, if they have a 24 hour one near you).
Burning &gurgling in upper left center of stomach, no nausea or vomit, I don't eat spicy or sodas, first time this happens. Massaging aliviates.
Hiatal hernia poss.: If unusual gurgling sounds persist, it might indicate that part of your stomach has herniated through your diaphragm muscle into the chest. This is called a hiatal hernia, which can often result in acid reflux problems. If symptoms resolve quickly I wouldn't worry; could just be a transient issue with stomach motility.
I've been woken up (1am) with pain spread through my lower chest/upper abdomen And severe nausea. There is loud growling/gurgling and "hunger pains"?
Acute dyspepsia.: This acute finding could be one of a few things, and management will really depend on how today goes. This could simply be heartburn from something you ate last night - perhaps too large a meal or too late eating. Could be a gastroenteritis beginning, and if so vomiting and diarrhea may follow. If you start vomiting a lot or have bad diarrhea, see a local doctor right away.
Have dermatomyositis. Everytime eat, even middle night nauseas, extreme paid stomach even to my back, definitely big air pockets. Have GERD. Constant?
See details: Stop tobacco use as this make GI issues worse. See a gastroenterologist and have the problem properly evaluated. You do not list your meds but many used to treat dermatomyositis also can cause major GI problems.
