Gastritis: I assume that the gastroenterologist prescribed a regimen for healing of the gastritis, but since symptoms are ongoing has he/she recommended a follow-up egd for evaluation and to determine whether gastritis is still the cause of these persistent symptoms? I suggest seeing a: Gastroenterologist or your physician. Improving healthfulness of your diet if very important. If you can find a quiet place - do so. Breath in slowly & deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Im experiencing constant watery green diarrhea, frequent burping that taste like rotten eggs, abdominal bloating and gas, all after eating a burger.
GERD: You may have gastroesophogeal reflux disease (gerd), with an upset stomach as well. Certainly avoid trigger foods high in fat-like the burger and try increasing fluids and taking an over the counter acid blocking medications such as Prilosec with maalox.
