The only issue in your case is that you are craving starches, which might lead to excessive pregnancy weight gain and increased baby size. Big babies mean higher c section rate, more likely to cause vaginal tears at birth and later in life more bladder issues. Zoloft (sertraline): I think that the safest and most time-tested medication in this situation would be zoloft (sertraline). All of the ob/gyn's that I have met have no problem with their patients being on zoloft (sertraline) during pregnancy. You should however discuss this with your ob/gyn and with whoever prescribes it for you. Best wishes. Headaches: Headaches are common, but you're not giving enough info to know what is causing your headaches. It could be related to high blood pressure, anemia, new onset migraines, etc. Certainly taking some tylenol (acetaminophen) or acetominophen if not allergic may help as well as drink some caffeine (avoid sugary caffeine drinks) ...Read more

Probably normal: Fatigue during pregnancy is very common, as pregnancy puts tremendous demands on the mother's body. If otherwise feeling well (no fever, vomiting, pain, etc.) this is likely a normal response to the changes taking place, and getting as much rest as you can would we beneficial both to you and your babies.
