MANY considerations: Make sure you are getting 7-8 hours of restorative sleep every night. Keep caffeine to an absolute minimum especially after 4pm, establish a bedtime routine, keep your room cool, have some white noise on like a loud fan. If you snore or are overweight you may have sleep apnea which will need evaluation by your physician. Do some light exercise in the morning also, this may help wake you up. ...Read more
