My mom has seizures constantly but the local doctors and specialists can't find anything. Is there anything I can do to prevent her from having them?

Discuss with doctor: The findings you describe are consistent with "essential thrombocytosis", a condition in which the bone marrow produces too many platelets. Cause is unknown; it may be genetic. Having aneurysm symptoms, except no seizures, blackouts, or neck pain. Constant nausea and photophobia. Severe headaches for days. Should I call 911?

If you can't drive.: It sounds like a severe migraine. Headaches from an aneurysm in your head would also be very severe, but usually much worse symptoms after one day.
