Constant Phlegm In My Throat
I have constant phlegm in my throat. Whenever i clear my throat, the phlegm is thick and white and also tastes like blood / iron. Help! its annoying. ?

Possibilities.....: Your symptoms may be due to post-nasal drip, resulting in phlegm in the throat. The post-nasal drip could be due to sinus infection, allergies, etc. See your doctor for diagnosis since there are very effective prescription nasal sprays to treat this problem. ...Read more
I've been suffering with anxiety and beem put on citalopram 10mg. I have been recently suffering with phlegm constantly in my throat I think I have a acid problem?
Hard to say.: Citalopram has been reported to increase salivation in some. It can also cause heartburn (dyspepsia) and may worsen existing GI ("stomach") problems. GERD can cause reflux & Citalopram can make this worse. Often these effects are temporary and get better in a month or two. Let your doc know about this and see if should wait a bit, adjust dose, or stop. A lot depends on other drugs you take, too. ...Read more
I have been suffering from extreme fatigue for months now and I expeirence wheezing and a build up of phlegm constantly in my throat. My breathing is also heavy and I wake up exhausted all the time.
