Unlikley: Tb is more likely to present with chronic cough - usually bloody with a known exposure to tb. Unless you work in healthcare, have been around someone with tb, or travel to developed countries, your risk of contracting TB is low (real but low). Phelgm in throat: You are young for throat cancer unless you chewed a lot of betel nuts. More likely you have sinusitis, allergies with phelgm could try Zyrtec (cetirizine) and see if it helps .
