I get heavy breathing even on slightest of work i do,.. And then there is this constant pain in my left shoulder which sometimes goes upto my chest.is it worrisome? Do I need to check with some cardiologist?
Yes: that you are short of breath even with the slightest work may be deconditioned state, pulmonary or cardiac. Right sided pain: If the pain is aggravated by a deep breath it could be emanating from the base of the right lung, a pinched intercostal nerve(which runs between two ribs),injured rib , or inflamed rib cage muscle. No: Use a laxative like Dulcolax or even a suppository to get a good BM. Drink PLENTY of fluids, lots of fruits and vegetables and a fiber laxative for a few days to get yourself regular and again whenever needed.
