I have had some black mucus from nose and also some black stuff from inside ear. Is this fungal? Should I see an ENT? Constant headache/dizziness.

Need more info: It is not normal to have black mucous. You need to have an ENT or a general physicians evaluation to see if they could find a reason for that. At your age the fungal infection is highly unlikely unless you are someone who is taking steroid for long period of time, have longstanding kidney disease or have compromised immune system.
