I constantly have headaches and pain behind my right eye and my eye has always been sensitive to light. I just don't know what's wrong.

Constant headache, no meds helping. Blurry left eye when looking close, pain behind eye that comes and goes. What could be the cause?
Migraine: Could be an ocular migraine. Is there a family history of migraine or personal hx of other migraine variants? Check your blood pressure to be sure this isn't the cause. The reduced vision is very concerning. Possibly migraine: Pain behind an eye can be migraine related. Other possibilities exist, such as an inflammatory disease of the eye, glaucoma, sinusitis, neurological conditions, neck problems just to name a few. An ophthalmolgist can rule out the eye causes.
