Possibly: Gallbladder related, particularly if sludge is not allow for appropriate drainage of bile. But it also may be related to dietary changes. If gallbladder and liver are normal on ultra sound, and I have no other symptoms such as jaundice, but yellow stools sometimes that greasy and float, could it be pancreatic cancer. Scared!!
Loose stools last 24 hrs. No dietary changes and no other symptoms. Is this likely from a minor gastrointestinal virus?
Given what you stated, yes you could have a "24-48 hour" bug.
Have you been in contact with anyone else with similar symptoms? Eat or drink anything "new" to you?

Is it possible to have uc/crohns without persistent abdominal pain?(I have many other digestive issues but the pain is inconsistent but still present)
Yes, it's possible.: However, unless you've been diagnosed with having UCor Crohn's in the past, I would not think it is the most likely cause of your abdominal discomfort. Since it sounds as though you have not had a diagnosis, I think you should see your primary care doctor to discuss your issues and determine what kind of workup is necessary to determine what is wrong. Good luck. ...Read more

Vagnial burning irreagular bowel movement poking feeling around liver what could this be or is it all diff problems?
May be different: Three symptoms in 3 parts of the body may be different problems (but sometimes are related). A primary care doctor can sit down and hear the whole story to see what is going on. A symptom-diary, where each symptom is written on a calendar, is often helpful. A primary care doctor, instead of an ob-gyn, may be of more help here, because 2 of the symptoms involve places outside of the female organs. ...Read more

I've been experiencing very bad gas for months. No abdominal pain or changes in diet. Bowel movements are normal. What else could cause this?
Feeling gassy...: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks). Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut. ...Read more

Ibs ruled out, but having severe amounts of gas from small intestine that are not moving out causing pain, causes?
May be diet related: You did not mention whether you're passing stool or not, or if you're constipated with gas. It sounds like the latter. However if you're producing that much gas, and are bloated, then you have to look at food allergies to possibly gluten, gliadase, corn, soy, dairy, or something else you're eating that might be causing this. Call your doctor for an easy remedy. There are otc products that help wiith gas, and also for passing stool. You may want to ask your pharmacist until you can see your doctor. ...Read more
