Can post nasal drip cause constant feeling of something stuck in throat for 3 months? Goes away when I eat and for a min after brushing nack of tounge

Possible, see more

Epiglottitis
The feeling of "post nasal drip" associated with the feeling of something in the throat (often call "globus symptom") may be due to excessive mucous production such as with a cold or allergies however it is often that the mucous accumulates in the throat because it does not pass through the esophagus to your stomach smoothly. This is the case in patients with esophageal reflux due to esophageal spasm. Other reasons for swallowing disorder are strictures, tumor, achalasia, diverticulum, or altered anatomy. You may need to see doctor to evaluate this problem.

Dr. Farhad Sigari answered:

what would cause a constant feeling of something being stuck in your throat?

Reflux?

Cancer
Many of my patients have this complaint. Acid reflux can come up to your throat and inflame the tissues of the voicebox(larynx) which are sensitive. This causes swelling and the sensation that something is always there. But other things as well, including cancer. If it persists I tell people to get into see an ENT to evaluate.

If you have oral cancer why do u get the feeling of something stuck in throat? Would it be constant?

Yes and no

Neck-throat
If the oral cancer has progressed enough it can make you feel like there is always something stuck in the throat. Oropharyngeal cancer is more likely to do so.. The key to beating any cancer of the oral cavity is early diagnosis, and treatment. , HPV has been found to increase risk of oral cancer, especially in young people. So it would be a good idea to see your dentist yearly for screening.

Stuff going up/down

Acid_reflux
Upper respiratory issues (sinusitis, allergies) causing mucus drainage down the throat or acid reflux up the throat can commonly result in those symptoms. Been losing sleep for a week, mass feeling in throat, constant awareness of breathing, and continuous waking. Could this be sigh syndrome?

Reflux

Sleep_apnea
This could be acid reflux, obstructive sleep apnea, or a mass in the throat but somewhat less likely given your age. I would try OTC tums or Prilosec and see if it helps your symptoms. If not see an otolaryngologist to perform a laryngoscopy.
