Migraine ?: Your more than likely having migraines, which can cause vertigo/dizziness. Low blood pressure can cause dizziness and blurred vision, but unlikely to cause headaches. Unrelated: The lower back is very unlikely to cause dizziness and headaches. I would expect that with a neck problem, but not a lumbar 5 disc problem. If you are anxious and tense about your back, it may indirectly be related.
