I go through constant fatigue through the day, don't find happiness in things I use to. I'm extremely cold intolerable, for as long as I can remember.
Hypothyroidism?: Depending on family history and other symptoms - hair loss, constipation, weight gain, menstrual changes, your symptoms could be due to hypothyroidism. Constant neck clicking when taking breath, turning head etc
Any ideas please?
See an MD: i would consider a nutritional deficiency or a hormonal imbalance. Both can be discovered with a good talk with your physician, and simple lab work. The neck clicking might be something else, if not really something we call Chvostec's sign, which is due to low calcium. (Since breathing associated too)...not entirely certain. Start some multivitamins in meantime....and see doc. Get well. ...Read more

5 HIV tests at 2-4 weeks & 5 1/2 months back negative. History of diabetes & lupus in family. Constant feeling of fever w/ no temp, recurring ear infects, rec mild sore throat, light cough with little mucus, fatigue, feet oft cold but warm to touch.
HIV highly unlikely: It seems you are having some recurrent colds and possible ear infections and are concerned they are symptoms of an acute HIV syndrome. Given your negative HIV tests, presumably 4th generation, it's highly unlikely you have HIV. Most patients with acute HIV will have (+) p24 antigen by 2-3 weeks. If still concerned an HIV PCR RNA test would be definitive. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

For marketing reasons, many issues which could be relevant (if severe enough) are promoted as primary cause; "cures". ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
