Could be a few thing: You definitely need a thorough exam. Some of what you describe is often seen in Autonomic Dysfunction disorders aka (Dysautonomia). We see this alot as a result of high stress (Physical or emotional). A condition called POTS disorder is a sub-type disorder of Dysautonomia. Cough: This is likely the common cold. Give it time and it will resolve. Take some tylenol (acetaminophen) and get plenty of rest. Do not forget about drinking enough fluid. If you are wheezing you may need to see your doctor and get a chest x-ray to rule out a pneumonia. A good Dx idea.: It was wise to have a physical exam to check for organ damage. It's good there is nothing bad yet. Treating your anxiety (therapy w/ or w/o drugs) and the reflux is a good idea to prevent organ damage from the excess acid, etc. So, find a CBT therapist you like who can help and it should all be good.
