Ovarian cancer is not very common, but if you have family history of it, or of breast cancer in first generation family members, you will want to check with your gynecologist for regular exams. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
