Spine specialist: I'm not sure how the blurred vision fits into a problem with your spine. I would suggest an eval from an ophthalmologist for that. The cause of "sciatic pain" could very likely also cause the "nerve pain" in the left foot. An EMG test could help to give your doctor some answers about this. Sounds dangerous: If you really have a blue ear, and it requires strong analgesics! Have you seen a doctor? If not, it's time to. It could be acrocyanosis, which is not dangerous but annoying. It usually affects other areas as well. Make sure nothing is putting pressure on the ear and that you don't stay in the cold.
