Don't know.: Could be simply a misalignment in your neck since cracking your neck helps. The pain in your jaw- could be tmj. Consider several options: discuss with your regular doctor. Pressure in head: In a young lady may be due to deep sinus problems or Idopathic intracranial hypertension especially if there is a positional component. I would see a neurologist.
