What are the conditions to see an ankle/foot orthopedist or a podiatrist. Are there treatment options the orthopedist is not aware of?
Can you have plantar fasciitis achilles tendonitis sesamoiditis all at once or can one of those conditions cause pain everywhere on foot will MRI show?

Unusual association: Anatomically, what you are presenting with does not follow the normal artery, vein or nerve distributions. Temperature might affect the hands or feet (such as in raynaud's disease) but nor sure how walking and standing would do so.
