I have hashimoto thyroidism, pituitary tumor, seizures, lesion on my brain and had multiple concussions. My calves are hurting bad what could this be?

Is it possible to be somewhat resistant to concussions? I have taken many hard clonks to the head but never had symptoms. BTW my neck is very wide.

Other injuries can result from head movements like whiplash that don't involve impact and may produce post-concussive symptoms because the brain was moving around inside the skull and made an impact within the skull.
