Postconcussive: A postconcussive syndrome can bring about any other psychiatric syndrome including an impulse control disorder nos. Seen from this perspective, medicinally one might expect benefit from Hydroxyzine dosed as tolerated between 10 mg daily up to 25 mg PO qid. If you also have posttraumatic stress disorder symptomatology, there is always the possibility of a self-directed anger coming back at you in the form of a repetition compulsion. Either way, psychotherapy along with medication would certainly be the way to go. Low-dose antipsychotic interventions are sometimes also helpful in such conditions but I would certainly give Hydroxyzine a trial run first if you were among my patient population. It's Possible: To get concussion without actually striking head but if you really were driving that slowly it is unlikely. However watch for signs, Common Symptoms of a Injury

Few months: Long term effects from concussion are common often taking weeks or months to resolve. In some cases symptoms can last as long as 2 years or even be perminant for severe head injury or repetitive head injury so best to avoid activities where re-injury can occur until symptoms have resolved completely. ...Read more

Evaluation needed: Traumatic brain injuries [TBI] require functional evaluation. Unless the test was a fMRI it will assess anatomic issues only. Functional brain scans [PET, SPECT, fMRI] assist in confirming extent and type of functionl injury as will neuropsychology evaluation.

The term is way overused by numerous physicians, as most of the patients have merely "bumped" their heads, and will experience no permanent consequence. Testing is needed: This is not just a concussion, since you passed out first. This history is important. Some of the conditions that cause loss of consciousness can cause exercise intolerance.
