Seek help: The concerning part of your history is the dizziness. If you are having significant amounts of loose stool/diarrhea and limited oral intake, it's possible that your are dehydrated with low blood pressure. Gastroenteritis ?: Sounds like viral GI "flu", for want of a better term. If you had severe diarrhea and vomiting, you may well be dehydrated. I encourage you to increase your fluid intake, and eat several small meals/snacks a day, even if you're not hungry. Should be self limited. Infection: Black colored stools/diarrhea is known as melena. Melana is usually due to upper GI bleeding from stomach/duodenum. This along with nausea, stomach cramps and fever may be seen with bacterial infection or gastroenteritis. The ibuprofen you take may also be causing to your symptoms.
