Just undergo d and c for adenomyoma and endometrial polyp. What are my chances of conceiving? Tips and advise pls?

A good question: for your gynecologist. Ultrasound is an appropriate test for endometrial adenocarcinoma but it will miss small tumors. A D&C may be done for therapeutic purposes, but is good for detecting adenocarcinoma if the sample is examined by a pathologist.
