Wouldn't eat it: in large amounts all by itself for any of them. Total calorie intake in a day is probably the really really bad feature. Won't help: I see that you're using both benzoyl peroxide and isotretinoin. The former is the best topical remedy for mild acne. The latter is the big guns for severe acne and you can expect it to clear you. The diet / fad / pop / "natural" remedies you'll find on the internet are mostly made up.
