Not harmful: Computer eye strain is almost always due to eye dryness from sustained working. A palm massage will not do any harm and serves to spread the tears over the dry eye to relieve the strain. Not classic for: Nystagmus. Possibly dry eyes from staring at computer too long and not blinking enough. By looking up, you are partially blinking. Try artificial tears or try more frequent purposeful blinking. ...Read more
