Maybe: most likely it is a benign cyst. Cancer risk increases in cystic ovaries in Women over 60. However a complex system of the ovary can't be associated with cancer and a 37-year-old female. The only way to know for sure is to have it ultrasound and possibly biopsied. Would not happen US: Should not wait that long should come out now a nd u need blood work to see if it is malignant or premalignant which the blood work can give u an idea but the risk of leaving it in is that it could twist or rupture and if it is cancer (hopefully not or precancer) it needs to come out that is why i get pts coming down here from canada. ...Read more
