Whole food vitamin : I like whole food vitamins that give you the equivalent of several servings of fruits and veggies. Good healthy foods should be presented with no ability to "place order" ( unless allergies ). Limit drinks as kids can fill up on milk and juice and not experience hunger. Yes, but...: Unfortunately, the marketers neglect to warn the consumers about the huge risk to the patient's dental health. These products are loaded with sugar. Probably: Along with tort liability for a false label, there's also laws against false labels that are enforced often enough to make these reliable. Soda pop is primarily marketing, with sugar or artificial sweetener, carbonated water, flavoring, maybe caffeine, dyes and preservatives.
