What imbalance?: If you are speaking about an imbalance of estrogen and progesterone, then you would want to treat that with estrogen and Progesterone (typically in form of birth control pill). Some people are: Stress eaters. They grab empty calories/junk food for a quick lift that eventually makes them crash. These items are usually carbs and sugar. Please lower the intake of them. ideal weight: A bmi (body mass index) in the low 20's is desirable/ideal. Using a bmi chart 120-125lbs would give you a bmi of about 22 which is very good.
