Is dairy essential for a healthy diet? I enjoy foods like cheese but tend to think of them as unhealthy.

Is dairy essential for a healthy diet? I enjoy foods like cheese but tend to think of them as unhealthy.

Most of my fellow-pathologists discount this and believe these lesions are inconsequential. Adopt a fitness lifestyle now & it's moot. ...Read more

No one best diet: There is no one best diet for everyone but i share your concern about the excessive protein that low-carb advocates advise. I've written an essay on the pros & cons of various diets including low-carb vs. Low-fat diets at http://drrandybaker.Com/2013/01/20/diet-and-health/ my favorite diet book is eat to live by joel fuhrman md.
