This : This is something you need to discuss with your doctor. Triplets have been born vaginally without complication, but many doctors do not want to take that risk, especially since you will likely have to deliver early. There is a very high chance that this will occur and the safest thing for you and your babies is to deliver your babies via c-section. I wish you good luck. You will have your hands full very soon. Suicidal ideation: Is one example. Or attempted suicide. This is a pretty long (or short) list depending upon which hospital and what setting. Example, is there a bioterror or infectious disease concern? Active tuberculosis? History of unintentional drug overdose? Active labor? Preeclampsia? Stroke or pulmonary embolism?
