GEt it checked now: It may be a simple and harmless tremor from muscle fatigue or normal movement, or a side effect from the syrup, or even something serious like a seizure. Ventolin syrup can have tremor as a side effect - it works a bit like caffeine. 1 year?: If it's been going in for a year, you need a TB blood test and/or current chest xray. You may have a sinus infection which could also cause chronic symptoms such as yours.
